Enjoyed a lazy morning, went to a Saturday morning Farmer's Market in Los Cruces. Lots of locals arts and crafts and of course chili peppers and pecans...

Enjoyed some local talent...this little guy was so cute...

Decided it was time to move on towards Santa Fe.  We didn't make very many stops as we knew we would be returning to Albuquerque in a few days.  We both love the landscape here, the blue skies, the adobe style homes....one of my favourite areas...

Stopped in this really small town that consisted of a produce stand, and a Burger Joint and a little family owned Mexican Restaurant and had a great lunch.  Sometimes these places are the best...

One thing we noticed is that the cities in New Mexico are spread "out" instead of "up"..and many of the homes and apartments are only about 3 stories high....and they all look so natural, the landscaping is left natural...very appealing..

We can't wait to explore the area more tomorrow.
